Using Data services how to load IDOCS to SAP MATMAS03

I have a requirement to load data to MATMAS03 Idoc, via Data services.

I looked at this link: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/EIM/Sending+IDOCs But it doesn't provide enough details like partner , messagetypes and any steps in sending idocs to sap.

I have data within excel sheets and also on sql server, which i can use to load to IDOC. MATMAS03.

First time setting up the data services with sap to receive idocs, what steps do i need in order to process the idocs from dataservices > SAP
