SD - Automatic Picking and Goods Issue through background job

Hi ,

We want to automate picking and deliveries through background jobs in our plant.

Is it possible to achieve automatic picking and goods issue through background job where WM is not active ? .

If yes , How do we achieve picking and goods issue automatically through background job ? .

Though i have gone through some posts in SCN , they aren't clear enough . Pl help.
