BPC NW 7.5 SP11: dump at refresh members

hi bpc gurus

Ps help me with this problem , i have BPC NW 7.5 SP11 (server and client , MS excel 2010 32 bits) and when I try to "maintain dimenssion members"on any dimenssion (entity for example) it dumps saying that on C:\...\Documents\PC_NW\DBW\Admin\myappset\AdminAPP\DimCache\Entity.csv is not found, when i check on windos explorer for DimCache carpet is totally empty.

I ve seen on TX UJFS comparing the AppShell (which i use to copy to my "myappset") vs IFRS (app set starter kit) , i see some differences:

As you can see on AppShell there is no xls files like the IFRS (app set starter kit), that could be the problem??

I also tried to refresh members and running program UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE but the dump persists.

regards

jav

Hi Joe,

probably the csv file in the local cache is corrupted, please delete the PC_NW so you will force a new download from server.

If the issue remain check if the csv file on the server is corrupted or not.

Otherwise it can be even an issue related with the .NET server, then you must reinstall it please see http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1685690

Kind regards
