Service cannot be reached and few other issue

Hi i have installed SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP 7.02 SP6 32-bit Developer Edition trial on windows surver 2008

now i am facing sum issue please help me on this

problem 1 :

in se11 standard tables (vbap abak etc )are not available how can i get them i mean make them available

problem 2 : i cant access the web portal :

and i cannot found my Hardware key (HWID) as per the instruction

please provide me sum Help on resolving this issues
