ARE 1 Reversal

Dear Friends,

ARE 1 has been posted. Now we are trying to reverse it. It is giving err: "Not enough balance in RG23C!". There is enough balance in RG23 C. So why this error is coming? Pls advice.

Also when we're going in Ulilization tab, then Document Details are greyed out. Is it a std process that these fields are greyed out?

3 rd thing is that in Utilization tab, when we're clicking on Balances tab, nothing is happening.

Pls pls pls advice. It is very urgent.
