Issue in generating the link in solar02 solution manager

Hi,

I am trying to generate a url for the docuemnt that has been uploaded in solar02. I am able to see the url generated but when i try to access the url pasting in the browser it is asking for the user credentials. When we give user credentials it is not accepting throwing an error "client, user name or password is wrong". But the login credentials are correct. The user is not locked.

I also checked the settings in SCIF tcode. I have the profiles SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW also. I also checked the tcode settings STRUST.

Anyone please help me out.
