Please attach a screen shot of OBD4.

Make sure, you are creating a GL Account by using the Number range you have defined in OBD4

OB13 - COA

OBD4 - COA Account group

OB53 - Retaind earnings account

Inorder to create any P&L account, you must first define the retained earnings account. For this, you have to define P&L account type in OB53 - (Automatic posting - accounts). Specify an indicatory such as x or y in the P&L account type and specify a balance sheet account (retained earnings account - reserves and surplus account group) in the account column.

Then after specifying the account. You have to first create that account in FS00 as retained earnings account. Then you can create your regular P&L accounts.

Do as suggested and then create the GL account in FS00

Step 1: Check in FSP0 - GL 1200001. If it not there in FSP0, then

Step 2: Check it in FSS0: If it is there, then Go to FSP0 and create it in COA level. If it is not there at FSS0 level also, just go to

Step 3: FS00 : Create the GL Account and assign it in OB53.

FSP0

FSS0

Finally, FS00

This might be the reason of account does not exist in chart of account. First check out in fsp0 then in fs00.

then go for reconclialtiaon account
