Hello,

You mean to say that the Routine assigned in Alternative Formula for Condition Base Value is not working?

That is not possible. Please check with your ABAPer & ask him to debug. If the Routine is written correctly & assigned in Alternative Formula for Condition Base Value then it should work.

There is no other option available.

Thanks,

You will have to insert the logic of calculating Pro-rata days in your Routine.

Once again give the requirement & details of from & to dates to your ABAPer to do the needful.

Thanks,

Hello Shridhar,

Calculation Types are provided in SAP Standard & you cannot create new Calcualtion Types.

Thus in your requirement of Biweekly Calculation, you will have to set the Condition Type as Weekly & increased the Quantity in Sales Order. i.e. If the Quantity is 1 then you will have to enter as 2, so the price is Calculation for two weeks.

An alternative to this can be you can create a Routine in VOFM & assign in Alternative Formula for Condition Base Value in Pricing Procedure. This Routine can override the Weekly Calculation Type & do Biweekly calculation (it will basically the Weekly price calculated by the system multiplied by 2)

.

But in my opinion, the first suggestion of multiplying the quantity seems appropriate.

Hello Shridhar,

Then the only option for you is my second suggestion.

Get a Routine developed from ABAPer & assign the same in Pricing Procedure in Alternative Formula for Condition Base Value.

You will have to keep the Calculation Type in Condition Type as weekly & Quantity as 1 only. in Pricing procedure against Price Condition Type assign Sub-Total say 6 - Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI6.

Now ask your ABAPer to write a Routine in VOFM T-code. What would this Routine is take the Value from KOMP-KZWI6 & multiply ti by 2 & overwrite the Price calculated by the system .

Hope this clarifies,

Thanks,
