MTO with Intercompany STO

Hi

MTO with Intercompany STO Process....

Intercompany STO - supplying plant requires to transfer the stock from unrestricted to the ( MTO )sales order stock by 412/E. Then need to do the NLCC delivery creation and subsequently goods issue to the D.O.

Now, is it possible to skip the stock transfering 412/E process by implementing any notes ?

-- So that MRP also can consume the plant avilable stock in intercompany supplying plant ?

-- So that can goods issue for the delivery from unrestricted location instead the sales order stock ?
