What is the benefit of Data migration AIO idoc best practices templates

There are 44 best practices data migration sap approved templates, it has lots of code, complete solution. to load data to idocs.

Can someone please tell me if you have used those templates in a data migration project.

I came across a consulting company they were asking have i used them, i have seen them but haven't got a chance to work with them.

These 44 templates can they be used straight away in any data migration project? to extract and load data to the idocs?
