Broadcaster issue

Hello, I am using bex Broadcaster to send out email to the end users and I am using XML (MS Excel) as my out put format, but strangely the output is being repeated three times in the email attachment(Excel Sheet), when I use other formats like MHTML the output is not repeated, and it is showing up correctly. only when I use XML out put format, this repetetion is happening. I am on BW 7.3 system. May i Know why this is happening

, is this a bug in SAP system do I have to raise a ticket?
