I am aware that if text is maintained for a particular customer in Customer master data, then this text will appear as a pop up when customer number is entered in sold to party field in Sales Order (VA01). The settings for this can be done in Transaction VOTXN by creating Text ID and Text procedure.
But in VOTXN there is no such option to do similar settings for Service Notification. The Service Notification type cannot be maintained in 'Text procedure assignment' in VOTXN. It allows only Sales document types. Can anyone please let me know if it is possible to do similar settings for Service Notification also?
