how to make PF on the bottom

Hello expert,

      I have a page footer in the report, but I want to move it to the very bottom in the page. I remove bottom margin to 0 in the "page setup..". but footer is not at bottom of the page. please tell me how to make PF on the bottom.

You can format the report footer section to print at the bottem of the page.

Are you asking the right question?  The page footer is always at the bottem of each page unless you suppress it. It will not print anywhere else.

Other sections can be formated to print at the bottem of the page, but they will print before the page footer.

Exception: if you have a subreport, there is neither a page footer nor page header in it.

  this is the PF in my report, there is still a big blank space between PF and bottom edge of page. so please tell me how to get rid of it.

there are two additional PF above last PF, those two PF are conditional suppressed. when one of them is suppressed, last PF will move up same space as what relieved for suppressed PF. so resolution is put merge those two PFs into one PF, and set conditional suppress for its inside components.
