Problems with GW and How-to scenario.

Hi,

We have installed SAP Netweaver GW 2.0 with SP 3 on a NW 702 SP 10. And I have a backend (ECC 6.0) also based on NW 702 SP 10 with the product IW_BEP 200 SP 3.

Then, in order to verify the installations and to get in touch with the product, I have implemented the scenario How To... Create a Gateway Service Using the BOR Generator - Advanced Scenario - just the Query operation. A system alias is set for the service in customizing.

Looking at the meta data from the Consumption Modul looks fine.

But when I try to run a Get method from the Rest Client with this URL http://<hostname:port>/sap/opu/odata/sap/Z_USER_BOR_CL/z_user_bor_clCollection?sap-client=100 I get an error: Internal Server Error. In the context of Data Services an unknown internal server error occured.

Looking in the error log of the gateway I can find this statement: Subfield access (offset = 1-, length = 3) to a data object of size 3 outside valid limits.

Direction: Consumer to Gateway

Request operation: read.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?
