E-mail notification by date

Hi experts.

I've got the task to customize automatic sending of e-mail notification by some date. I've got the task, but i don't have any idea how should i do it.

I've customized action profile with start and schedule conditions, used optimization rule with necessary date type. They say, i should use rsppfprocess to complete customizing, but i don't know how can i do it. Last hope on your wise advices.
