Pricing Condition type JCSR and JIVP

I would like to seek your advice in what condition type I should use for a 5% amount value of condition type JIVP?

We need a surcharge of 5% amount for condition type JIVP, I am thinking if it is possible to use condtion type JCSR for this case?

I am not sure also what is the standard use of condition type JCSR. Even If I use condtion type JCSR, does anyone have a suggestion how I could make this condition type calculate 5% amount for condition type JIVP? Is this possible if I create a routine requirement field in pricing procedure configuration?
