CRM EHP2 EHP_INCLUSION SYSTEM_NO_MEMORY

While doing CRM EHP2 upgrade, we are getting on EHP_INCLUSION phase the followimg dump on st22:

Der Abbruch trat im ABAP-Programm "SAPLOCS_CORE" auf, und zwar in
"OCS_EXTENDED_UPLOAD". Das Hauptprogramm war "SAPMSSY1 ".
Im Quelltext befindet sich die Abbruchstelle in Zeile 1
des (Include-)Programms "LOCS_COREU01".
On ehpi logs we have:
