XML Form Builder

Hi,

I have created a simple XML form. Next I created iViews to publish/view content using the NewsExplorer and NewsBrowser layoutsets. However, in the publish iView, I get the option of using many kinds of forms(infact all forms). How do I restrict this to only my form. Also can someone suggest any good documents/elearning on the KM UI architecture?(layoutsets/profiles/flavours/renderers etc).
