Supplier data modification for existing suppliers in SUS

Dear Guru's,

We are configuring MM-SUS scenario in SRM 7.01/ ECC 6 EHP5. We are replicating the suppliers from ECC to SUS using BD14. The transfer of the suppliers from ECC to SUS will create temporary access details for the supplier to login and create their own user in SUS. With the newly created user, the supplier can login to the SUS system and take part in order collaboration and online bidding. So far so good.

Now, we need some pointers regarding some changes triggered from the supplier side or SUS administration side.

If the supplier makes changes to the data, it should trigger approval to the SUS administrator. Similarly, we have a custom scenario where the SUS administrator will make some changes to the SUS supplier data and it should notify the supplier.

We are not able to find the existing supplier data (replicated from ECC) for the SUS administrator to modify. The SUS administrator is only able to find the newly registered supplier to approve or reject or modify data.

Could you please guide us with some pointers?

Thanks and regards,

Ranjan
