transfer snp order to ecc

Dear SAP Expert,

After running snp Heuristics, how can i transfer snp order number to ECC by CIF?

Hi Hungth,

You have to maintain distribution definitions to publish your SNP output to ECC. The required SPRO paths are given below and SAP help documentation associated with the tasks gives you all the required details.

• IMG > Integration with SAP components > Integration via APO CIF > Basic Settings for Data Transfer > Publication > Maintain Distribution Definition
• IMG > APO > Supply Chain Planning > SNP > Basic Setting > Configure Transfer to OLTP Systems

In addition to what Rajesh has mentioned above, you have to make sure the material is part of the active integration model of the object you are going to transfer.

If you are transferring purchase reqs then material should be found in the active PO / purchase req integration model . To transfer a planned order , it should be part of the active planned order integration model

Thanks for your help.

After all configured you suggested above, do i have to use T-code : SAPAPO/CIF_DELTAREPORT3 to choose snp orders and then click send to R/3?

or any other action or the system automatically transfer?

please tell me.

You can use another t.code /SAPAPO/CCR (CIF - Comparison/Reconciliation of transaction data) for better control.

Hi Hungth,

To send the orders to ECC manually, use the following steps

1. IMG->Advanced Planning and Optimization->Supply Chain Planning->Supply Network Planning (SNP)->Configure Transfer to OLTP Systems or /n/SAPAPO/SDP110
         - Change the setting from immediate transfer to periodic transfer based on your application.

2. Use t.code /SAPAPO/C5 to send the planning results to ECC.

Assumption: You have defined and activated the required integration models.
