how to disable user menu in ERP6 EHP4?

Hi,

I am trying to disable user menu in EHP4. I know in EHP5 we have a option to disable the user menu in pfcg, so that when ever the user login they will find SAP menu only. I need to disable that user menu in EHP4 also, but I am not able to do that. Can anyone help me on this?
