ESS Leave Request Approval Link Not Working

We are using the ESS leave request functionality to allow employees to submit leave requests to their manager for approval. When the manager goes into UWL and approves the leave request there is a link at the very end of the approval process which is to 'Approve another absence'. This should take the manager to he next leave request to be approved, but in our system it appears as a link but when clicked it does nothing. It doesn't even take the manger to another screen...it acts as if it was not clicked.

Has anyone experienced this issue and has a solution?
