Personal Development and Performance development

We have implimented Personal Development and Performance Management (EP 5) recently.

Post live we are getting error Goals and Results as well as Job responbilities Boxes are not appearing for employees in their Performance Review Document when they are in goal preparation status so that they can not write their goal

When they click on expandable node on Goals and results nothing comes up

This is happening to some of the employees.

We have checked all the authorisation roles , PD profile everything is in place

Kindly Help us as this is urgent
