The purpose of this Functional specification is to specify the functional and non-functional requirements, design constraints, and other factors necessary to satisfy the user requirements, and that are sufficient to support technical design.
The Purpose of Technical Design Specification is to give the technical details of the requirements; the basis of arriving at this specification is the respective functional specifications.
The Purpose of Design document is to specify the Data flow design that has to be developed In the system.
Flow is Functional specification-> Design document-> Technical Design Specification.
