Content within this application coming from the Web site listed below is being blocked by Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.

I'm on Windows Server 2008 r2

Crystal Reports 2011 14.0.2.364 RTM

when i open up Crystal Reports 2011

and i get "Content within this application coming from the Web site listed below is being blocked by Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration."

There is no documentation on this error..

Any ideas? this is preventing a user from making reports.
