Tax issue in Sale Order

Issue is :

IN Sales order only first line item is not getting calculated by tax other line items are getting calculated.

CTJX is coming 100% BUT

JRC1 -Canadian GST is not getting calculated getting 0 ONLY IN FIRST LINE ITEM

Condition records are mantained.

Working with IDOCS and TAXWARE

Plz help its urgent

Hi Aero,,

• Please check the assignment 'Tax categories by country" in OVK1
• check the tax classes and assignment with tax categories in OVK4
• check in material master sales:sales org1 view whether the tax class is properly assign or not.
• delivery plant will effect the Tax, so make sure to maintain correct delivery plant per particular line item.

Thanks for your infromation.

As per your given suggestion I have alrady checked all these coniditons. As I told in my previous mail that TAX is comeing from TAXware ADP.

Actually this is happing only for LINE ITEM 10. other coming fine with TAX calculation.

Delete the item from the sales order, then save it. Then again enter the item and check again. If you see the same results, then check the material master -sales view-tax code. Compare this with other materials. If no difference found, then you may need to check the sales order program, to find whether any user exit is causing this issue.

Thanks for your infromation.

We also did the same and also checked the MM conf there is not issue, but let me check this user exit then i will let you know i didnt check this one.. I dnt think so that is becase of user exit if is it so it shoud  show issue to others matarials or in different SO in same line items becase this issue is not frequent and this is big issue.
