Tax issue in Sale Order

Issue is :

IN Sales order only first line item is not getting calculated by tax other line items are getting calculated.

CTJX is coming 100% BUT

JRC1 -Canadian GST is not getting calculated getting 0 ONLY IN FIRST LINE ITEM

Condition records are mantained.

Working with IDOCS and TAXWARE

Plz help its urgent
