Increasing decimal points on chart legend %, CR XI

Hi.

Crystal automatically added a total to my chart legend when I asked for percentages. Unfortunately, the math is wrong. When I add up the totals, the result is only 99.8, not 100. Here's a graphic to help explain:

To fix this, I would like to add a decimal point to the percentages. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this please and thank you?
