WMS putaway strategy near the picking bin

Hello Gurus,

I make some test with putaway strategy near the picking bin but I have to define 2 storage type and I do not know who of the 2 is the driving one and which one I have to use as for putaway, scanner trasaction functionalities and picking. Can i have some suggestion?
