Question about fms

I have a problem with the result of a fms

in one location it gives me the right result in another db it gives me a result with several 0 at the end

SELECT 'AL0$[$38.24.NUMBER]' FOR BROWSE

example THE RESULT IS AL01.00000

is it related to the decimal settings in the DB, decimal separator is "," in the second db
