Rounding PO Quantity

Hello Experts, In When i am printing PO the quantity is getting Rounded.So my requirement is no to round the quantity .

can u help in solving this.

If the rounding is happening in the PO itself.. for example if you give 10.1 and system rounds to 10 in the PO line item, then you need to check CUNI configuration.

If its not rounding in PO line item but rounding in PO output, this is purely based on smartform logic. check the logic in smartform for the rounding and fix it.

Dear Murali,

Could you please check in the customizing transaction CUNI that for the
unit of measure UoM you want printed out for example KG that the currect
settings are maintained.

Instructions:

1)Enter CUNI
2)Click on the unit of measure drop down and select the dimension for
example MASS and click enter.
3)Now click on the 'units of measure' button again, double-click into
the UoM KG.
4)The field T006-DECAN 'decimal places' should have number 3 in this
field, which I think your system has already.
5)Now enter 3 in the field T006-ANDEC 'Decimal pl. rounding'. This
with mean that the quantity will be rounded off to 3 decimals places.
You can only have a maximum of 3 deciaml places. You can leave the
fields T006-ANDEC and T006-DECAN empty if you want no decimal places.

You do the same with other UoM. Then please retest if the PO will print
with the correct quantity.
