Query : Issue with Manual Pricing Condition

My system is giving me some strange problem. Its my Sandbox (it has 2 clients), for both clients, when I am trying to create any SO having manual conditions, it is not accepting the values.

I have an old SO in the same system to be used as a reference. Checked the config of the conditions, it is correct and exactly same as the currently used P system (so it is perfectly alright).

I checked the incompletion log and saw the details for the same : NO SCREENS ARE ASSIGNED TO FIELD VBAK-NETWR in UV CUstomizing ( procedure Z6).

can someone help me with this ?
