Planned cost not getting displayed in Maintenance order

Hi friends ,

I have created a new order type for a plant and maintained following settings for cost display :

1) Maintained Value categories

2) Cost elements assigned to Val Categories

3) Assign Costing Parameters and Result Analysis keys

In the 3rd step , I have used Planned and Actual var cal. as standard "PM01"

After that I have created a spare with valuation class 3040(spares) and mentioned the Avg moving price as 2rs .After reserving this material in order , my planned cost is showing nothing .

Can you please guide what could be the reason
