If you are printing through ME9f, then you can create two roles with ME9f and without ME9f. But users can also take the print directly from ME21N / ME22N / ME23N and if you want restrict, in the PO roles and authorization objects like M_BEST_EKG, M_BEST_EKO, You uncheck the activity "print/edit messages"

I'm not sure you have access. but try

- go to suim and select "roles by tcode"

- go to PFCG and display the above role and in the authorization tab you can see list of autorization object with the activities. You may display to analyse and but ask the basis guy to change it.

Requirement can only be completed with the help of Security or Basis team by making restrictions in user profile and roles.

Hi

Restrict the access to ME9F, only for the limited and required user.

Also assign the printer directly to the purchase group of the PO creator.
