SAP Business One 8.81 PL07 client's change company problem

I have installed SAP Business One 8.81 PL with 10 clients. When my users open SAP Business One client application and click on change company, it takes 4 to 5 minutes to display the databases. And then they are able to work.

Can any one please help me on this.
