CRM Marketing planning is not ediatble

Dears,

I am trying to implement marketing planning in CRM(7.1) with BI, i finished the planning profile, area, level, pakacge and manual planning in BI and used it in CRM marketing but i cant edit any value in screen "Marketing plan - planning" all cells are "display only" inspite of i checked in tx. upx_mntn and all keyfigures are editable, so please advice.
