Print Confirmation Slip

Hi All,

I want to print confirmation slip only. I have done necessary setting in OPK8. But when i am giving print command i am getting object list, op. control ticket, job ticket operation splitting, pick list etc. But my requirement is like after confirmation using CO11N i should be able to print confirmation slip.

Please let me know where i am missing something.

In control key tick the print confirmation and assign into the routing and check the result

I am not tried yet, but i feel it will works, check in Ides

Control keys are marked for print confirmation. Also where should i give print command after confirmation.

Hi, Not sure about the CO11N way to print Confirmation slips. In Co11N in the Goods movement tab we can see that there is a List-->Print option.

Other way of printing a confirmation slip:
OPK8 setting:
LV02-Confirmation slip
Form:PSFC_STD_LAYOUT
Print program:PSFCCONF

In work center Default value tab,maintain No. confirm slips as 1 or GT 1 (to default into production order) or directly maintain it in the order. When it is EQ Zero it does not print the slip.

During print using say CO04N, we also get the confirmation slip printed out in addition to others selected.

Also you can have a look at SAP note 39609: Printing GR/Issue slip during confirmation from PP. Note relevant for old versions, but still specifies the MM related config required and after doing this i was able to get a physical print out using CO11N.

Check Contorl key for printing time tickets. check F1 help:

Indicator: Print confirmation for operation

This indicator specifies that confirmation slips are printed for the following objects if specified in the control key you selected:

• operations and sub-operations in Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Production Planning (PP)

• activities and activity elements in the Project System (PS)

• phases and secondary resources in Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI)

Operations in PP-PI cannot be confirmed. The system ignores this indicator for them.

Dependencies

  This setting is only taken into account if, in Customizing for print control (section List control for transaction), 

• printing of confirmation slips is permitted for the corresponding order type, plant and MRP controller (QM, PS, PP and PP-PI) or for order type, planning plant and planner group (PM)

• control key check when confirmation slips are printed is active

  To print confirmation slips, you must also 

• set the Print indicator in the control key

• set a number greater than "0" for confirmation slips to be printed in the order (see General Data for the respective operation, sub-operation, phase or secondary resource).

Note

In PP and PP-PI, you can specify in the production control profile that shop floor papers are automatically printed when the order is released.
