Unable to configure alerts.

Hi All,

In our current project implementation. we have a requirement to configure alerts in PI.

Before configuring the alerts, When i click on the Alert configuration in Runtime Workbench, i'm getting Business Server Page (BSP) Error.

May i know how to resolve and configure alerts.

I already have PDF as to how to configure alerts but i want to know how to resolve this BSP error.

Please help.
