SAP CRM 2.0 initial load issue

Hi,

I am using CRM Mobile Sales 2.0 /CRM 7.0 / Gateway 1.1 SP08 on Netweaver mobile SPS13. for a Client demo. I am unable to replicate initial data on Ipad and no transactional options i.e activity and Sales order are available ( attached a screen shot). After subscription I am able to create and replicate Activity from CRM to Ipad. However no change is possible from to Ipad to CRM. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

    Hi Masa,

Thank you for the reply. I have already checked and all the initial data is available in SDOE_MW tables.as a part of initial download.

When I create an account from device ( only functionality I can do) the account gets created and flows to CRM backend. Do you still suggest the delta downlaod of the customisation?

    Thanks & Regards,

    Arumita

    Hi,

Probably, wrong CRM Add-on customizing is a root cause.

    Please test this.

    1. Run delta load for MAS_AUTH_CUST and MAS_CUSTOMIZATION in SDOE_LOAD transaction

    2. Create a transaction data in CRM WebUI

    3. Check message BDoc is created in SMW01

    4. Check table entries in SDOE_WB transaction

If there is no data in DOE, wrong CRM-Add on customizing is a root cause.

For changing data from device to CRM, please double check you have configured Trusted RFC from DEO to CRM.

    Regards,
    Masa
