How to EAR file in NWDS ?

I need to know the process of importing EAR file back to NWDS .

What we need to do to make this possible .

Well, it's not very easy as I know. First of all, look at the EAR and check if there is src.zip inside. If so you may try to create a new Webdynpro project in NWDS, then extract accurately content of the src.zip (in fact source code of a project) into the project's folder and try to reload+rebuild the project in NWDS. I never tried this myself, but think it should work.
