vendor evaluation

Hi,

The client has a vendor evaluation in process where he has a set of parameters defined for vendor evaluation which are different from what the std SAP offers.

The value of the parameters is decided by formulas which are set by the client. They are custom formula. Does vendor evaluation in SAP offers a facility to build the evaluation process having own parameters and own formulas? Please reply in urgency.
