Hi Denis,

As you know the data model in ERP and CRM are not similar, so that it is not necessary to exchange all the fields from ERP to CRM system. But the model is designed in a way that the fields which are required for CRM system are transferred.

In your scenario, if you need this specific field to be replicated, you can enhance the Complex structures, BAPIMTCS structures as well in both the systems so that this is replicated. You can refer to the note 620399 for creating the user exit which can map this field to the outbound scenarios.
