ECC, In LX22 I can see a remarks column, from where the value is picked from to that field?

It's the program itself does it internally. For TCode LX22, the program is RLI30010, the following places it uses the field "remarks" BEMER.

I've not seen an input enabled field in which remarks could be entered but it gets populated by the system. When you print a document the Remarks column gets updated as "Printed" automatically. So I'm assuming it's system which populates value in this field.
