No bank details udate in venor master in PRAA Tcode

Hi,

The scope of this development is to call the associated user exit in program RPRAPA00 and skip the function which populates the vendor master banking details from the HR Mini Master Subtype InfoType Bank Details 0009

No bank details should be written into the employee vendor master.
