Transport Request on BEx query hung while Import to Prod

hi all

we have problem while tranporting Request from our BI Dev to BI Prod server.

The transport requests contains all the query elements of the BEx query.

we have released the request and started importing it in to BI Prod and we see that it is still running with the truck symbol.

It has been now for more than 1 day and the transport request is hung. with still the status showing truck symbol.

this is what the log overview shows

Request you to suggest what might be the reason for the request hung for so long time. ( is the problem with the request or some Basis issue)

also what should we do now in order to stop this request
