Hi All,
We are having the following error message while refreshing deski reports from Infoview:
"Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while
the report was being processed. Please contact your system
administrator. [RCIRAS0546]”
At BOE server side…the log error is as follows. No extra info is
included:
“kbolapp.cpp:1239:virtual BOResult BOLApp::OpenDocument(const CHAR*,
BOOpenDocStructure&, BOString&, BOString&, BOString&): TraceLog message

2012/04/10 20:57:44.222|>>|E| |17012|1499114384|
|||||||||||||||Document not yet opentd - open it”
Our reporting datasource db (MySQL) is in the same BOE server.
Could you please help in determine the root cause of this issue?

Are you able to search in the knowledge base on service market place?
there are lots of articles / notes with this error text, for example:
1690013 - Error: “Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator.[RCIRAS0546]” While refreshing Desktop Intelligence(DeskI) report through InfoView in BOE XI 3.1.
1525485 - Error RCIRAS0546 when trying to schedule a DeskI Report
1525472 - Some deski reports failing with RCIRAS0546 error
1463195 - Unable to refresh Desktop Intelligence document in Infoview
