Issue when applying GRC 10 SP08

HI everyone:

We implemented GRC 10 with SP07 and most everything was working fine. We had some issues, where we found the fixes were included in the new SP08. Once we installed SP08, suddenly in NWBC, all of the links under all work centers have disappeared. We get the "no tasks are assigned to you yet" message on all work centers. There is an OSS note that talks about this, and says that we are missing authorizations.

However, we had all the necessary authorizations for all links in NWBC when we were on SP07. We have SAP_ALL, and copies of all of the supplied SAP_GRAC* and SAP_GRC* roles assigned to our project team. What puzzles us is that this issue did not occur until we applied SP08.

Has anyone experienced this??? Does anyone know how to fix this??? We are waiting for SAP OSS to come in and check this, as this is very unusual.
