Lock the context value in EPM 10.0 Add-in

In BPC 7.5, we can lock the value of current view so that the user will not be able to change some of the dimension default value, How can we do this in EPM 10.0 Add-in? The only way I can think about is to use the Page Axis, is the lock context function available?
