Object Size and Position dialog box- Crystal Reports .NET 2010

I am trying to change the location of a field in Crystal reports based on some input values. All the posts online point to setting a formula in Object Size and Position dialog box. I can’t find that dialog box in Crystal Reports .NET 2010 free version. Is this a feature of Crystal Reports .NET 2011 and 2008 or could someone help me locate it.
