Crystal Reports 2011 on Windows Server 2008 R2

i am using Crystal Reports 2011 on Windows Server 2008 R2.

When i add a stored procedure as a datasource, it prompts me for the parameter.

It will not allow to enter a value. it just hangs. I can't click the ok or cancel button

This works on XP or Windows 2003 server
