Hi All,

I am having performance issue for this function-module(HR_TIM_REPORT_ABSENCE_DATA) . This function-module taking forever to read the data - about 3000 PERNR. is there any other function-module to read the absences data? I saw a post (answered) about this issue, but I cannot find the good answer about it.

Hi,

HR absence data for employee stored in Infotype 2001. and the corresponding table for the same is

PA2001. Just pass the employees(3000) and get the absence data.Moreover infotype PA0035 will provide leave reasons.
